If you want to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: balodicegame@gmail.com
2. Use subject: Account Deletion Request - Balo Dice Game
3. Include your registered Google email used in the game

Data that will be deleted

• Google login user profile
• Game progress and level data
• Coins, rewards, and in-game items

Data that may be retained

• Some data may be kept for security and fraud prevention
• Retention period: up to 30 days

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7–14 days.
